The flagship multisport watch. The standard Fenix 8 uses a bonded AMOLED display, while the Fenix 8 Solar variant uses a transflective MIP screen — which one you have changes the screen repair.
The Fenix 8 has its glass bonded to the AMOLED panel, so a cracked screen is repaired with a full display assembly. We source the correct part for your exact model rather than forcing a generic fit. Sapphire editions are matched with sapphire.
Fenix 8 Battery Replacement
If your Fenix 8 now lasts a fraction of its old battery life, a fresh cell typically restores most of the original endurance. We re-seal the case afterwards to protect against moisture.
Fenix 8 Charging & Water Faults
Corroded or sweat-coated charging contacts are the most common reason a Fenix 8 won’t charge. We test the full charging path and treat any water ingress before it spreads.
Fenix 8 Touch & Sensor Faults
Unresponsive touch, erratic input or sensor readings that look wrong are diagnosed to confirm the root cause on your Fenix 8 before any parts are fitted.
Fenix 8 repair FAQs
Can you replace just the glass on a Fenix 8?
▼
The Fenix 8 has an AMOLED panel with the glass bonded to it, so a cracked screen needs a full display assembly rather than a glass-only repair. We fit the correct part for your exact model.
How much does a Fenix 8 repair cost?
▼
It depends on the fault and the parts required, so we do not quote misleading flat rates. We run a full diagnostic and give you a fixed quote before any work starts. The £45 diagnostic fee is waived when you go ahead with the repair.
Will my Fenix 8 still be waterproof after repair?
▼
We replace the case gaskets and seals whenever we open a watch, so water resistance is restored as far as is achievable on a repaired watch. We can’t re-certify the original factory ATM rating, so we recommend treating it as splash- and shower-safe rather than for swimming or diving — and we explain this before you book.
How long does a Fenix 8 repair take?
▼
Many repairs are quick once the correct part is in stock; display assemblies, sapphire lenses and water-damage cases can take longer. We give you a realistic timeframe with your quote after the diagnostic.
