Wrap your device in at least two layers of bubble wrap, then place it in a sturdy box with additional padding (newspaper or foam). Make sure it cannot move around inside the box. Do not use padded envelopes alone for phones or tablets.
We strongly recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. It's tracked, insured, and arrives by 1pm the next working day. Avoid standard post — it is not tracked or insured for high-value items.
Most phone and tablet repairs are completed within 24–48 hours of us receiving your device. Laptop and MacBook repairs may take 2–5 days depending on parts availability. We'll keep you updated via email.
Yes. Once we receive your device, we'll inspect it and confirm the repair cost before any work begins. If the cost is higher than expected, we'll contact you first. You can decline at any point — we'll return your device for free.
