Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using iRepair Labs services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Services
iRepair Labs Newcastle provides professional device repair services including but not limited to:
- iPhone, iPad, and Mac device repairs
- Screen replacements and battery replacements
- Water damage restoration
- Component-level repairs and diagnostics
- Data recovery services
Warranty
Repair Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty on eligible repairs from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and replacement parts but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Exclusions
- Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or liquids
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear of batteries and other consumable components
- Software-related issues not directly caused by our repairs
Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for data loss, indirect damages, or consequential losses. We strongly recommend backing up your device before any repair service.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers
- Devices not collected within 30 days may incur storage fees
- Uncollected devices after 90 days may be disposed of to recover costs
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about device issues and history
- Remove personal data and disable security features before repair
- Collect repaired devices within the agreed timeframe
- Report any issues with repairs within 7 days of collection
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your repair request before work begins with no charge. Once repair work has commenced, you will be responsible for parts used and labor performed up to the point of cancellation.
