The Fenix 7X uses a transflective (MIP) display with a separate protective lens, so if you crack the glass but the screen underneath still works, we can often replace the lens on its own — much cheaper than a full display. It’s also offered with a sapphire crystal; we match sapphire with sapphire, never a downgrade.
Fenix 7X Battery Replacement
If your Fenix 7X now lasts a fraction of its old battery life, a fresh cell typically restores most of the original endurance. We re-seal the case afterwards to protect against moisture.
Fenix 7X Charging & Water Faults
Corroded or sweat-coated charging contacts are the most common reason a Fenix 7X won’t charge. We test the full charging path and treat any water ingress before it spreads.
Fenix 7X Touch & Sensor Faults
Unresponsive touch, erratic input or sensor readings that look wrong are diagnosed to confirm the root cause on your Fenix 7X before any parts are fitted.
Fenix 7X repair FAQs
Can you replace just the glass on a Fenix 7X?
▼
Often, yes. The Fenix 7X has a separate lens above a transflective display, so if the screen still works we can usually replace just the cracked glass — far cheaper than a full display. We confirm it for free before quoting.
How much does a Fenix 7X repair cost?
▼
It depends on the fault and the parts required, so we run a free diagnostic and give you a fixed quote before any work starts — no misleading flat rates, no surprises.
Will my Fenix 7X still be waterproof after repair?
▼
We replace the case gaskets and seals whenever we open a watch, so water resistance is restored as far as is achievable on a repaired watch. We can’t re-certify the original factory ATM rating, so we recommend treating it as splash- and shower-safe rather than for swimming or diving — and we explain this before you book.
How long does a Fenix 7X repair take?
▼
Many repairs are quick once the correct part is in stock; display assemblies, sapphire lenses and water-damage cases can take longer. We give you a realistic timeframe with your quote after the diagnostic.
