On the Ultra the display is bonded to the front crystal, so a crack is repaired with a complete display assembly rather than a glass-only swap — anyone offering to "just replace the glass" on an Apple Watch is not doing the job properly. Your Ultra uses a sapphire crystal, and we match sapphire with sapphire — we never substitute cheaper glass and hand it back as original.
If your Ultra no longer lasts a full day, a fresh cell usually restores most of the original endurance. We reseal the case afterwards so the watch is protected against moisture again.
