We Fix It

We'll inspect your device, confirm the repair, and get it fixed — usually within 24–48 hours of receiving it.

Returned to You

We post your repaired device back via Royal Mail Special Delivery — tracked, insured, and fast. You'll get a tracking number.

  • ✓ Use at least 2 layers of bubble wrap around your device
  • ✓ Place in a sturdy cardboard box with padding on all sides
  • ✓ Include a note inside with your name, phone number, and the fault

Mail-In Repair FAQs

Wrap your device in at least two layers of bubble wrap, then place it in a sturdy box with additional padding (newspaper or foam). Make sure it cannot move around inside the box. Do not use padded envelopes alone for phones or tablets.
We strongly recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. It's tracked, insured, and arrives by 1pm the next working day. Avoid standard post — it is not tracked or insured for high-value items.
Most phone and tablet repairs are completed within 24–48 hours of us receiving your device. Laptop and MacBook repairs may take 2–5 days depending on parts availability. We'll keep you updated via email.
Yes. Once we receive your device, we'll inspect it and confirm the repair cost before any work begins. If the cost is higher than expected, we'll contact you first. You can decline at any point — we'll return your device for free.
Yes. All devices in our care are covered under our workshop insurance. We take responsibility for your device from the moment we sign for it until it's delivered back to you.
Yes. We send email updates when we receive your device, when the repair is complete, and when it's dispatched back to you. All returns are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery with full tracking.
If your device cannot be repaired, we'll contact you to discuss options — including data recovery or safe disposal. We'll return the unrepaired device to you at no charge.
