Repairs are carried out at the owner’s risk, and iRepair Labs cannot be held liable for any underlying faults that manifest themselves as a result of a repair being carried out. All faults on the item must be clearly communicated before repair commences, as iRepair Labs will not be held responsible for undisclosed item faults. By proceeding with the booking, you agree to these conditions entirely. While every effort is made to ensure successful repairs, not all repairs may be successful. In the rare event of a clear mistake by our engineers, iRepair Labs will be held accountable where necessary. If a repair fails, iRepair Labs will offer to replace the device or provide a viable solution, which may take up to 20 days from the date of the repair outcome. If a replacement device is provided and accepted by the customer, the damaged device becomes the property of iRepair Labs. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove SIM cards, memory cards, and any other accessories before the repair, as iRepair Labs will not be responsible for any lost items.

Water Damage:
Liquid damage repairs carry no warranty, regardless of success. Liquid damage can cause unforeseen issues, and iRepair Labs cannot guarantee the full functionality of the device after repair. If a device does not power on prior to repair and the repair resolves the main issue, a minimum charge of £15 applies. Additional charges may be incurred for underlying issues discovered after a water damage repair.

Water Resistance:
iRepair Labs is not liable if the device loses its water resistance after repair. Water resistance diminishes over time, and repairing a device may compromise its original water-resistant seals. Customers may request resealing for water resistance at an additional charge, but iRepair Labs does not guarantee 100% effectiveness.

Data & SIM Cards:
Customers are responsible for any stored data on the equipment and should create backups before repairs. iRepair Labs accepts no liability for loss or corruption of data during repairs. Customers should remove SIM cards before repair, as iRepair Labs will not be responsible for missing SIM cards.

Time Limits & Unlocking:
Repair times are estimates, and iRepair Labs cannot be held accountable for delays or late deliveries of parts. Devices must be collected within 90 days after repair completion; otherwise, iRepair Labs reserves the right to dispose of or recycle them. Payment must be made before unlocking services, and cancellation may incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the unlocking price. Unlocking times are estimates, and no refund will be issued for delays unless the unlocking process fails.

Warranty:
iRepair Labs provides warranties for repaired parts, excluding water-damaged phones. Warranty is void if there is unapproved third-party involvement with the device or if there is accidental damage. This includes screen repairs, for which iRepair Labs will not be held accountable for malfunctions due to cracked screens.

Customers should note that repairs on Apple products, Samsung products, and other electronics may involve specific procedures and replacement parts. iRepair Labs strives to maintain the integrity of these devices but cannot guarantee the same level of performance or aesthetics as the original manufacturer. Any modifications or repairs may impact the warranty provided by the manufacturer, and customers are advised to review their warranty terms before proceeding with repairs at iRepair Labs.
